For over 25 years, IPC Mouldings has established trusted relationships with OEMs to successfully supply injection moulded parts and assemblies throughout product life, from concept to production and onto aftermarket support.
The company, based in Carrickfergus, Greater Belfast, is an existing supply chain partner with a clear understanding of customer requirements. This has enabled IPC to deliver over 2.5million parts per year across global locations.
With a high quality service and performance at all times, IPC has achieved an impressive 99.7% average on quality and 99.5% average on delivery from 2013 to 2018, with a lead time that’s 50% shorter than the sector average, whilst introducing a high level of new products to their range through the NPI process.

Joining the company in 2008, at the helm of IPC Mouldings is Managing Director, Joanne Liddle. She has directed a programme of change since 2012 in line with the company strategy for growth and sustainability. These changes have been fundamental and ensured the success of IPC Mouldings as evidenced through quality accreditations, external awards, employee engagement and new customers. At the weekends Joanne spends quality family time with her husband and two children.
John McPherson joined the company in 2013 having worked in the manufacturing sector for over 20 years. His knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational control including KPIs and metrics has ensured that IPC Mouldings' output is successful in a challenging aerospace sector. John is often found at the weekend passing on his football skills and knowledge to the local youth teams and is an active participant in the local footballing community.
A founding member of IPC Mouldings, Business Development Manager Mervyn Nelson has over 40 years’ experience in the aircraft seating industry. His expertise lies within the technical knowledge of the product, its design, manufacturability, assembly and durability. In his spare time Mervyn can be found in his garden with his home grown organic fruit and vegetables.
Graeme Bennett joined IPC Mouldings as General Manager in January 2019. With over 25 years’ experience working in the manufacturing sector across a range of industries, Graeme will bring his expertise of managing multifunctional departments to provide world class business operations, to IPC. With significant expertise in implementing change and developing teams, Graeme will drive the strategy for growth within IPC Mouldings. Graeme likes to spend his free time with his family and he also has a keen interest in motorsports.
