- How long have you been with the company?
- I’ve been with IPC Mouldings for 6 months
- What does a typical day look like for you?
- My daily work involves learning essential maintenance and repair techniques, along with operating various machinery, including lathes, grinders, and CNC machines. This hands-on experience is crucial for developing my technical skills.
- What benefits are you getting from your training with IPC Mouldings?
- The training at IPC Mouldings provides continuous learning opportunities where I acquire new skills daily. I also appreciate the chance to work alongside and build relationships with experienced colleagues throughout the company.
- What has been a highlight for you throughout your time with IPC Mouldings?
- The biggest highlight has been the welcoming atmosphere and supportive environment. Everyone’s willingness to help has made my transition into the role smooth and enjoyable.
- How will your experience with IPC Mouldings benefit you in your future career?
- My experience here is providing me with lifelong valuable skills that will serve as a foundation for my career, benefitting my current role but also creating opportunities within the company.
- What are your career aspirations? Where do you hope to see yourself in five years’ time?
- In five years, I aim to have completed my apprenticeship and become a valuable contributor to IPC Mouldings. I’m excited to continue learning and making meaningful contributions to the company.
- What advice would you give anyone who is considering undertaking an apprenticeship with IPC Mouldings?
- I would encourage apprentices to work hard, build relationships with their colleagues, and never hesitate to ask questions. The team is always ready to support your learning and development.
