IPC Mouldings is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. We are seeking a passionate, creative, focussed and determined person to support production through whole product life from tool design and manufacture, to production requirements and aftermarket demand, and providing technical support.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, and working with the Engineering Team, the successful candidate will play an important part in implementing IPC’s ambitious and strategic growth plans by supporting:
- Current Production
- New Product Introduction
- Project Management
- Costings
- Continuous Improvement
- Process Development
This includes DFMs, design and manufacture of fixtures, the introduction of new products, technology and processes, supporting operations through root cause analysis, continuous improvement and technical support, bill of materials, engineering changes and managing KPIs.
