- I joined IPC Mouldings in August 2024 and have been here for five months.
- What does a typical day look like for you?
- My typical day involves carrying out independent tasks while also learning through observation of experienced colleagues. This combination allows me to develop practical skills while learning from industry experts.
- What benefits are you getting from your training with IPC Mouldings?
- Working at IPC Mouldings has provided me with valuable experience in teamwork and workplace skills that weren’t taught in school. Additionally, I’m gaining extensive technical knowledge specific to the injection moulding industry.

- The best highlight has been learning directly from highly skilled technical professionals who are always willing to share their expertise and knowledge.

- My experience here is invaluable for my future career as I’m developing an in-depth knowledge of injection moulding processes and gaining real-world understanding of industrial operations.

- In five years, I aim to have developed extensive expertise in injection moulding. This field offers endless learning opportunities, and I’m passionate about continuing to grow my knowledge and skills.
