How long have you been working for IPC Mouldings?
I started working for IPC Mouldings in February 2019
What does a typical day entail for you?
A typical day includes creating inspection reports for our customers, ensuring our customers standards are adhered to during the production cycle, communicating with customers and suppliers on quality matters and driving a continuous quality-based culture in the company.
What’s the best thing about your job?
Every day is different and brings new challenges, either through new projects, or implementing Continuous Improvement ideas. However, the Can-Do attitude of the team here at IPC in solving those challenges is the best thing about my job.
What is your greatest personal achievement with IPC Mouldings?
Helping the team achieve and maintain SC21 Gold status and ensure continuous certification to AS9100.
How has working at IPC Mouldings benefitted you since you have started with the company? What skills have you learned/developed?
Working at IPC has allowed me to develop my skills in Quality Management Systems, particularly in AS9100. I have also been trained in the use of PCDMIS software for our CMM machine.
What are your hobbies outside of IPC Mouldings?
I enjoy walking in the Antrim hills and travel to many of the well-known, and some not so well-known, walking trails around the country and beyond.

I am currently an ambassador for Autism NI. I volunteer at fundraising events and help to raise awareness of autism in our community.
